Former NS/SOU 2679. Originally leased by NS to W&LE, but purchased by W&LE in October 1992. Sold to CIT Fiiancial in 1999 and leased by the W&LE. Painted bright red with yellow stripes and red gothic WLE letters and numbers. Unit has high short hood with Alco trucks. Unit is equipped for radio control operation.
